Structured Cable Designer Position

Work Responsibilities:

Expectations are for an individual with knowledge and experience with the design and installation of Structured Cable projects.  Responsibilities will include interaction with customers to site survey and qualify cabling opportunities, respond to RFP’s and RFQ’s – both the technical design and the written response, and act as project manager for awarded opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

·         Education:  Minimum of a High School degree

·         Certifications a plus:  BiCsi, Commscope, Ortronics, Panduit, Corning

·         Experience designing cabling infrastructure

·         Computer skills:  Word, Excel, Cad-Lite
