Work Responsibilities:

Expectations are for an individual with high exposure to Nortel voice & data technologies, as well as knowledge and experience with a converged environment.  Work directly with Nortel customers, supporting them

on Nortel platforms and applications. 

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Minimum of a High school degree
• Minimum of two years experience with Nortel equipment
• Nortel certifications & programming knowledge.
