I’d like to take a moment to let you know how impressed I was with both Matt and Tyler during our recent network upgrade.  I worked closely with Matt for several days.  He is knowledgeable, professional, and fun to work with.  I worked with Tyler yesterday and he too was very knowledgeable and professional, and he took the time to explain things well.

 

Other staff members also commented on what a joy they were to work with.  Matt and Tyler were especially patient with me.  As the IT Manager I specialize more in administration and cohesion of our systems.  Wiring is not my specialty, so I had several questions.

 

In general, it was just very reassuring to work with a great team of professionals and we thank them, and anyone else at NE Communications that helped along the way.  I hope we won’t ever need troubleshooting assistance but if we do, I’m confident that NE Communications will be there and ready to help.  I would highly recommend your company to anyone who asks.

Hi Tom, I can't tell you how pleased I've been with the level of service

Today, my team contacted your team about a problem with our Avaya setup that NEC installed for us. We found a serious issue with disk utilization that has probably been a root cause of some performance problems. We failed to catch it for months despite it being a significant issue.

When my team reached out today, we had a response within an hour (I believe 30 minutes to be exact). More importantly, the response was helpful and exactly what we needed to know and we were able to resolve the issue by fixing a setting that was missed during setup.

For the last 3 years, we have had nothing but disappointment when reaching out to our previous telecom partner. We were told that NEC had great service. Today we experienced it. We also experienced it during the nearly flawless upgrade.

So thank you. We are so happy to have you as our telecom partner and appreciate the great service. Jay Tabox was the person who knew exactly what needed to be done and was so responsive. Please be sure to let him know how much his excellent service means to me and our team.

After reviewing multiple providers and IP telephony phone systems, we selected NEC and an Avaya system.   Although we had experienced very good service and reliability from NEC and the systems they represent in the past, this decision was particularly challenging as we had a significant technology relationship with another provider who was recommending a Cisco system.  After a thorough review/interview/analysis process, NEC and Avaya came out on top in our quantitative and qualitative assessment process.  What we could not guarantee is their commitment to support our employees and firm during the installation/training process.  It was top-notch.  We could not be happier.  Everything we needed NEC provided, including rearranging their schedules to provide added training/support to our receptionist team who was understandably concerned about the change and added complexity of IP telephony.  Our experience with NEC has affirmed our selection decision.  Thank you, Thank you.
