This team consists of an experienced project manager responsible for delivering the installation on time and under budget, software engineers to customize the solution to your business, installation engineers to assure the solution is installed to specifications, and trainers to educate your staff on the use of the new solution. This team has access to other engineering resources such as network engineers, convergence engineers and professional services resources as needed.  And, although our main focus is in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont; we travel throughout the country to implement solutions for our customers with remote sites.

Moves, Adds, and Changes: New England Communications is available to make changes to your system with just a few days notice. A call to our customer service center or a service request generated on our website will generate a work order and a trained technician assigned. Whether you require programming assistance, help moving personnel throughout the office, the installation of additional lines or phones to your business, NEC will be there with our trained staff to see that it gets done right.
